Core Edge Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our night shift operations in Gulberg III, Lahore.

As the voice of our brand, you’ll support customers from the United States and global markets through calls, email, and live chat while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer interactions via calls.
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
• Build trust and strengthen long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

• Strong spoken and written English
• Previous customer service / call center experience preferred
• Experience dealing with US clients is a strong plus
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work comfortably in night shifts
• Must be able to work on-site in Gulberg III, Lahore
• Positive attitude, patience, and attention to detail

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year in customer service or call center
• 1 year of US client dealing experience preferred
