Inbound Sale Representatives | 60,000 Basic Salary | Night Shift

We are seeking motivated, high energy professionals to join our inbound healthcare division. If you have a natural talent for conversation and excellent English communication skills, this role offers a professional environment focused on high volume lead qualification rather than high pressure closing.

The Role

This is a Lead Qualification and Live Transfer position. You will serve as the primary point of contact for US based customers inquiring about health insurance. Your goal is to engage the caller, verify their eligibility for ACA or Medicare benefits, and perform a Live Transfer to a licensed specialist. Since there is no end to end closing, you can focus entirely on providing a great initial experience and hitting your transfer targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Inbound Engagement: Professionally handle incoming calls from the US market with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Smart Qualification: Quickly identify qualified leads by asking scripted questions regarding insurance needs.
• Successful Transfers: Connect eligible callers to the closing team through efficient live transfer protocols.
• Quality and Compliance: Adhere to provided scripts and US federal regulations to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Productivity: Maintain high energy levels during peak hours to maximize transfer opportunities.

Requirements

• Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills with a clear and neutral accent.
• Experience: 1 plus years in US based campaigns (ACA, Medicare, or Final Expense) is preferred, but we welcome fresh talent with outstanding communication abilities.
• Shift Commitment: Ability to work the Night Shift (5:45 PM to 4:00 AM).
• Soft Skills: Ability to build instant rapport and handle objections with confidence.
• Professionalism: Punctual, target oriented, and a strong team player.
