Inbound Sales Executive (Telecom)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Semi Inbound Sales Specialist to join our team. As an Semi Inbound Sales Specialist, you will handle inbound calls and convert them into sales. Your primary goal will be to understand customer needs, provide them with relevant information, and ultimately close the sale. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone and engage with potential customers to understand their needs and interests. Educate customers about our products or services, and provide them with the information they need to make informed purchase decisions. Build strong relationships with customers and proactively follow up with them to ensure their needs are met. Meet or exceed sales targets and report on progress to senior management. Work collaboratively with other teams within the organization to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded. Eligibility Criteria & Details: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in US Cable/Internet Sales.

Freshers can also Apply and encourage Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Proficiency in English speaking.

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Flexible to work night shifts (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Mon-Fri). Salary & Benefits: Basic Salary: Rs. 55,000 – 100,000 per month (with uncapped commission). Company-provided transport facility for females.
