We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at the Festival City Mall in Dubai, U.A.E. As a Kiosk Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our kiosk, providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers with their needs. Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Answer their questions, provide product information, and offer guidance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Sales: Proactively engage with customers to promote and sell our products. Utilize product knowledge to make personalized recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and provide customers with receipts. Maintain the cash register and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our product offerings, including their features, benefits, and pricing. Be prepared to answer customer inquiries and address their concerns.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organized kiosk display. Restock merchandise as needed and ensure products are neatly arranged.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor when stock is running low. Assist in receiving and organizing new inventory shipments.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep the kiosk clean and tidy at all times. Perform regular cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and security measures. Also comply with the shopping mall policies. Report any security or safety concerns promptly.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth kiosk operations. Cover shifts for team members as needed and provide support during busy periods.

What do we require from you?

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for communication (Speaking, writing, reading).
• It is preferred that candidates shall be fluent in Arabic.
• Minimum experience of two years in Kiosk or Retail Sales in United Arab Emirates.
• Strong Problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• It is a strong advantage to have candidates with valid UAE driving license.
• Basic knowledge of any ERP/CRM system.
• Must be available in United Arab Emirates. We will not entertain any hiring from overseas.
• Experience background from perfumes, air fresheners, luxury products or cosmetics.

What we offer:

Monthly Salary AED 3500.
