Indoor Sales Staffs

Job Summary

We are seeking driven and results-oriented Indoor Sales Staff to join our growing team. The successful candidates will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective in-store sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote products to customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Continuously improve sales and communication skills to enhance performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in indoor sales or customer service, preferably in confectionery, food, or FMCG products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good educational background and understanding of sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED3,700.00 per month
