We are looking for a motivated and experienced Indoor Salesman to join our dynamic showroom team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in the MEP sector, excellent interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of Qatar’s local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage walk-in customers in the showroom with a professional and friendly approach.
- Present and explain MEP-related products (e.g., pumps, chillers, water systems, Ac’s) to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product related.
- Coordinate with the operations team for order fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of product features, technical specifications, and industry trends.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of indoor showroom sales experience in Qatar (MEP background preferred).
- Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is a strong advantage.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Technical Skills: Ability to understand and explain technical specifications to clients.
- ERP Knowledge: Experience working with ERP - CRM systems for sales and inventory is a plus.
- Must have Valid transferable Qatar residency permit.
