Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Hygiene Supervisor to support occupational health and hygiene activities at our project site in Qatar. The role ensures compliance with company standards, client requirements, and local regulations while protecting worker health across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement industrial hygiene programs and site health standards
• Conduct exposure assessments (heat stress, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals)
• Perform workplace monitoring and maintain IH sampling records
• Identify health hazards and recommend control measures
• Support incident investigations involving occupational exposures
• Coordinate with medical teams on health surveillance and fit‑to‑work programs
• Prepare and submit hygiene reports, logs, and documentation
• Deliver health-related toolbox talks and awareness sessions

Requirements

• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE qualification (mandatory)
• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Safety, or related field (preferred)
• 5–8 years IH/occupational health experience in Oil & Gas/EPC projects
• Knowledge of IH monitoring equipment and exposure assessment methods
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 standards

• Strong technical skills in industrial hygiene monitoring
• Good communication and reporting abilities
• Practical, proactive approach to health risk control
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced site environment
