Industrial Maintenance Technician

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our technical team, ensuring the peak performance and reliability of our manufacturing infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and systems optimization to minimize downtime and drive operational excellence across our production floor.

• Execute complex repairs and preventative maintenance on industrial machinery, including hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
• Utilize precision measuring tools and technical documentation to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently.
• Perform structural welding and fabrication tasks to maintain the integrity of production assets.
• Optimize machine reliability by analyzing performance data and implementing proactive maintenance strategies.
• Manage maintenance workflows and documentation through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Commission and calibrate new production equipment to ensure seamless integration into existing workflows.
• Conduct rigorous safety inspections to uphold high operational standards and protect team members.

Required Skills

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related mechanical trade.
• Proficiency in navigating CMMS software and digital parts catalogs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and sustained periods of standing or bending.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced certification in industrial hydraulics or pneumatics.
• Proven track record of reducing equipment downtime through predictive maintenance.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated control systems.
