Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to customize solutions.
- Generate leads, build a pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Provide technical support during and after the sales process.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and technical documentation.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B solutions.
- Good understanding of product engineering, design, and application.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AutoCAD, design software, or related tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance.
