Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Chappell Schools is seeking a caring, patient, and nurturing Assistant Infant Teacher to join our amazing team! If you have a passion for supporting our littlest learners through love, safety, and developmental growth, we would love to meet you. Our infant program focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and loving environment where babies can grow, explore, and reach important developmental milestones.

Requirements:

• Must have completed the 45 DCF training hours (or be willing to complete them within the required timeframe)
• CDA preferred (Infant/Toddler credential is a plus)
• Experience working with infants in a childcare or preschool setting is strongly preferred
• Must be able to pass Level 2 Background Screening
• Must be reliable, patient, and passionate about early childhood education

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, and nap times
• Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that support development
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Communicate effectively with team members and families
