Duties

- Manage classroom activities with effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to support positive behavior and emotional regulation among infants.
- Collaborate with families to discuss developmental milestones, progress, and individualized learning goals.
- Incorporate early intervention strategies when necessary to support children with special education needs or developmental delays.
- Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to track growth and inform lesson planning.
- Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, Montessori methods, and early childhood education best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience working with infants or toddlers in daycare or preschool settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques.
- Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management in early childhood education environments.
- Familiarity with special education practices and behavior management strategies tailored for young children.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and specialists.
- Knowledge of literacy education, math fundamentals, physical education for young children, and Montessori teaching methods is preferred.
- Ability to create a nurturing environment that promotes child welfare and supports individual learning styles.
