Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that support infant and toddler development milestones
• Provide attentive care, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of each child at all times
• Foster positive behavior management strategies to encourage social skills and emotional regulation
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that stimulates exploration and learning
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about each child's progress and daily activities
• Collaborate with team members to plan activities that promote inclusive learning experiences for children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid procedures and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Prior experience working with infants and toddlers in a classroom or daycare setting is highly preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices
• Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with children with disabilities are a plus
• Demonstrated ability to manage classroom behavior effectively while nurturing each child's individual needs
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment dedicated to quality childcare and education
• Flexibility to adapt activities based on children's interests and developmental stages
