We’re Youtech Marketing — one of India’s fastest-growing performance marketing agencies, with 100+ clients and 90K+ followers on Instagram. We specialize in scaling sales for cafes and restaurants through Meta Ads, Influencer Marketing, and scroll-stopping content.

We’re now looking for a high-performing Influencer Marketing Manager to own and execute influencer-led campaigns that not only look good but drive footfall and revenue.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard the right influencers based on brand fit, content style, and engagement
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from shortlisting to final video approvals
  • Clearly brief creators with strong communication on content expectations, brand tone, and marketing goals
  • Negotiate with influencers to maximize ROI and value
  • Own shoot schedules, ensure timely deliveries, and track performance metrics
  • Maintain influencer databases, campaign dashboards, and final reports
  • Coordinate with video editors and account managers to ensure alignment with the overall campaign
  • Stay on top of trends in the F&B, hospitality, and social content space

Who You Are

✅ You have 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally in F&B, hospitality, or D2C
✅ You’re a natural negotiator and communicator, creators love working with you
✅ You’re organized, love juggling multiple campaigns, and always meet deadlines
✅ You understand the power of storytelling and how influencer content drives real sales
✅ You’re results-driven, creative, and love working in a fast-paced startup-like culture
✅ Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads or running content shoots is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
