Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Influencer Marketer to drive creator and influencer initiatives for our DTC e-commerce brand. The ideal candidate will identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms, guide them in creating high-impact content, and drive measurable engagement and sales. This role combines relationship management, content strategy, and data-driven optimization to amplify brand presence and boost direct-to-consumer growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and onboard relevant influencers and creators aligned with the brand’s DTC audience.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with creators to foster brand advocacy and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with influencers to co-create compelling content, providing guidance on hooks, captions, storytelling, and campaign objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns aimed at driving engagement, awareness, and sales.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI), and provide actionable insights.
  • Negotiate deliverables, contracts, and payments with creators to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Coordinate with marketing, creative, and social media teams to ensure influencer content aligns with brand voice and campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized database of influencers, campaign outcomes, and best practices for ongoing optimization.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, emerging creators, and competitor campaigns to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or creator partnerships in US.
  • Proven track record of managing influencer collaborations and driving measurable results in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Creative mindset with hands-on experience guiding content creation while maintaining brand identity.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or consumer DTC brands.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms/tools, affiliate marketing, and campaign tracking tools.
  • Experience in briefing creators and providing strategic content guidance for social commerce growth.
