Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Planning

Develop influencer marketing strategies that align with brand and business goals across NIAT and associated NxtWave brands.

Design region-specific creator plans for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn that reflect North India’s youth and tech culture.

Integrate influencer storytelling seamlessly into ongoing campaigns and IPs.
Creator & Partnership Management

Identify and onboard creators who naturally connect with the brand’s vision — from student influencers to tech creators and educators.

Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies to drive authentic collaborations.

Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and timelines effectively while ensuring mutual value.
Campaign Execution & Quality

Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — briefing, content review, deliverables, and approvals.

Provide creative direction to ensure influencer content reflects NIAT’s aspirational and futuristic tone.

Collaborate with the internal social and video teams to amplify influencer content across channels.
Performance & Reporting

Track key campaign metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions) and generate actionable insights.

Identify top-performing creators for potential ambassador or recurring partnerships.

Optimise campaign strategies based on performance data and feedback.
Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration

Work with influencer marketing agencies to scale campaign volume and identify emerging creator categories.

Partner with social media, brand, and content teams to ensure influencer campaigns strengthen larger brand narratives.
Market & Trend Awareness

Stay updated with platform trends, regional creator movements, and influencer best practices.

Experiment with emerging formats and new platforms to keep NIAT ahead in the creator economy.
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of proven experience in influencer or creator marketing (agency or brand-side).
-
Deep understanding of digital platforms, influencer trends, and Gen Z content culture.
-
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

Strong analytical and reporting abilities to measure impact and guide decisions.

A creative, proactive mindset with a pulse on youth and tech narratives.
