Influencer Marketing Manager – North/South

CTC: ₹7 LPA

Location: Hyderabad, Telengana

Team: Brand Marketing



Key Responsibilities :


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop influencer marketing strategies that align with brand and business goals across NIAT and associated NxtWave brands.
  • Design region-specific creator plans for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn that reflect North India’s youth and tech culture.
  • Integrate influencer storytelling seamlessly into ongoing campaigns and IPs.


Creator & Partnership Management

  • Identify and onboard creators who naturally connect with the brand’s vision — from student influencers to tech creators and educators.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers and agencies to drive authentic collaborations.
  • Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and timelines effectively while ensuring mutual value.


Campaign Execution & Quality

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — briefing, content review, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Provide creative direction to ensure influencer content reflects NIAT’s aspirational and futuristic tone.
  • Collaborate with the internal social and video teams to amplify influencer content across channels.


Performance & Reporting

  • Track key campaign metrics (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions) and generate actionable insights.
  • Identify top-performing creators for potential ambassador or recurring partnerships.
  • Optimise campaign strategies based on performance data and feedback.


Cross-Functional & Agency Collaboration

  • Work with influencer marketing agencies to scale campaign volume and identify emerging creator categories.
  • Partner with social media, brand, and content teams to ensure influencer campaigns strengthen larger brand narratives.


Market & Trend Awareness

  • Stay updated with platform trends, regional creator movements, and influencer best practices.
  • Experiment with emerging formats and new platforms to keep NIAT ahead in the creator economy.



What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of proven experience in influencer or creator marketing (agency or brand-side).
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, influencer trends, and Gen Z content culture.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities to measure impact and guide decisions.
  • A creative, proactive mindset with a pulse on youth and tech narratives.
