Mandatory Criteria (Can't be neglected during screening) :
- Candidates must be from D2C brands within Fashion, Lifestyle, or Beauty Care. Agency candidates are also preferred if they have experience working with D2C beauty brands.
- Candidate must have 2 - 4 years of exp. in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, preferably with high budgets ( Min. 30- 40 Lakhs).
- Candidate must have proven experience in Instagram influencer outreach, negotiation, and partnership management with a strong database.
- Candidate should have strong understanding of beauty/skincare & makeup content, including current trends and performance benchmarks.
- Candidate must have the ability to identify, onboard, and manage creators based on audience fit, engagement, and brand alignment.
- Candidate should have experience in tracking and analyzing campaign performance using Instagram metrics, GA, and Excel.
- Need candidate who can collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and digital teams and report ROI post-campaign.
- Candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills for this role.
Note: There are 2 WFH vacancies available. The budget for these roles is up to 12 LPA. Candidates from the South region are preferred, however, candidates from other locations may also be considered if they have a strong database of South-region influencers.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and track influencer marketing campaigns with high budgets
- Manage partnerships with Instagram influencers, including outreach, negotiations, and deliverable tracking
- Work on skincare and makeup category campaigns with a clear understanding of content that performs
- Identify and onboard the right creators based on audience fit, performance history, and brand alignment
- Monitor campaign performance using Instagram metrics
- Build and maintain a strong network/database of relevant influencers for ongoing and future campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, brand, digital) to align on campaign messaging and goals
- Track and report influencer content delivery, reach, engagement, and ROI metrics post-campaign
