Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing

  • Identify, shortlist, and evaluate influencers relevant to KSA & Oman markets (macro, micro, and nano).
  • Handle outreach, negotiation, and communication with influencers and talent agencies.
  • Prepare campaign briefs, messaging points, and expected deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Content Team & Reel Creators to align scripts, offers, and key messages.
  • Track influencer deliverables, ensure content is submitted on time, and validate compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor influencer performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain a database of influencers across both markets.

PR Activities

  • Support in drafting PR briefs, press releases, and brand announcements.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies in KSA & Oman to ensure coverage and timely delivery.
  • Assist the MarCom Manager with PR planning and execution for new features, partnerships, or seasonal campaigns.
  • Track PR mentions, articles, and sentiment across markets.

Campaign & Communication Support

  • Align influencer content with ongoing campaigns, offers, and seasonal moments.
  • Ensure all influencer content reflects accurate offer details, messaging tone, and regional localization.
  • Collaborate with the Creative & Design Team for required visual assets for influencer packages.
  • Coordinate and manage influencer presence for on-ground activations in KSA & Oman remotely, ensuring all requirements are prepared and communicated to local teams.

Market Monitoring

  • Stay updated with KSA & Oman cultural trends, social media behavior, and competitor influencer strategies.
  • Monitor community conversations, reviews, and brand mentions related to influencer content.
  • Provide insights to the MarCom team to improve future influencer campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing or PR (preferably GCC markets).
  • Experience dealing with influencers in KSA & Oman is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of Gulf dialects and cultural nuances.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English).
  • Strong negotiation & relationship management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat advertising formats.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports.
  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of brand messaging.
