Job Summary:

The Senior PR Specialist supports the development and execution of public relations strategies focused on financial and economic communications. This role involves creating content, managing media relationships, and ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of financial information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing PR campaigns aligned with financial and economic objectives.
• Draft press releases, media statements, and Q&A documents for financial topics.
• Coordinate media outreach and support interviews for executives.
• Maintain and grow relationships with financial journalists and economic media outlets.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Respond to media inquiries with accurate and timely information.
• Create high-quality content for press releases, newsletters, and social media related to financial performance and economic trends.
• Support thought leadership initiatives by preparing articles and briefing documents.
• Assist in organizing press conferences, investor briefings, and media events.
• Ensure accurate messaging and smooth execution of PR activities.
• Track campaign performance and media sentiment.
• Provide recommendations for improving communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Economics, or Finance.
• 4–7 years of experience in PR, with exposure to financial/economic communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial terminology and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
