   Accounts Manager – ICT Sales
  
  to manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector.    Key Responsibilities
  
   1. Account Management
  
- 
   Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the ICT space.
  
- 
   Serve as the primary contact for all client communications and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
  
- 
   Understand clients’ business goals and IT requirements to recommend tailored technology solutions.
  
   2. Sales Growth
  
- 
   Identify new revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling ICT products and services (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, software, networking).
  
- 
   Develop strategic account plans and work toward achieving sales targets and expanding the client base.
  
- 
   Deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demos to prospective and existing clients.
  
   3. Customer Satisfaction & Retention
  
- 
   Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
  
- 
   Proactively address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
  
- 
   Focus on building trusted advisor relationships that lead to long-term partnerships.
  
   4. Market Intelligence
  
- 
   Stay informed about ICT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor movements.
  
- 
   Use market and client insights to inform account strategies and identify business development opportunities.
  
   5. Reporting & Analysis
  
- 
   Track and report on sales KPIs, including revenue, pipeline activity, and forecasts.
  
- 
   Analyze sales performance to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
  
- 
   Provide regular updates to management on account health and growth opportunities.
  
   6. Cross-functional Collaboration
  
- 
   Work closely with pre-sales, technical, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure smooth solution delivery.
  
- 
   Share knowledge, insights, and best practices with peers to support team-wide success.
  
   Candidate Profile
  
   Qualifications & Experience
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  
- 
   3–6 years of experience in ICT sales or account management, preferably in B2B or enterprise settings.
  
- 
   Strong understanding of ICT products and services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, and enterprise software.
