Information Technology Support Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Network & System Executive with 5–6 years of strong hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and network operations.

Key Skills Required:

• Office 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Security)
• Azure Cloud (VMs, AD, IAM, Security)
• Intune / Endpoint Manager (Device Enrollment, Compliance, App Deployment)
• AWS VMs / EC2 Management
• Network Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPNs, Failover, Load Balancing
• SD-WAN configuration & troubleshooting
• System maintenance, patching, monitoring, and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–6 years of practical experience in networking & system administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multi-cloud environments (Azure + AWS)
• Understanding of security best practices & network protocols
• Relevant IT certifications (Azure, CCNA/CCNP, AWS, MCSA) are a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivale
