INJECTION MOULDING SUPERVISOR

We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Supervisor to manage shift operations at our manufacturing facility in SITE Area, Karachi. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, ensuring quality standards, maintaining machines and molds, and leading shop-floor teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise injection molding production activities during assigned shifts
• Ensure smooth operation of machines and proper mold maintenance
• Monitor and maintain product quality through effective quality control checks
• Handle process setting, optimization, and troubleshooting of molding issues
• Train, lead, and manage machine operators and production workers
• Maintain production reports, documentation, and shift records
• Ensure safe and efficient working practices on the shop floor
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for continuous improvement
