The Embroidery Department Head will oversee a team of operators, ensuring the quality and quantity of work meet our standards.

Key responsibilities include supervision, quality control, production management, equipment maintenance, inventory management, training, safety compliance, and reporting.

The Embroidery Department Head should possess strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in embroidery techniques and equipment operation.

Should have good knowledge of Embroidery Wilcom software.
