Female HR Manager (Night Shift - ONSITE)

As one of our first key hires, you won't just be managing HR—you’ll be designing it. We are a fast-growing startup software house looking for a proactive, night-shift HR Manager to lead our recruitment, policy-making, and employee engagement efforts.

This is a unique opportunity for a "founding" team member to set the tone for our workplace and grow into a leadership role as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Source, interview, and onboard top-tier technical and creative talent to grow our initial team.
• Policy Development: Create and implement the company’s first HR handbook, including leave policies, performance reviews, and shift protocols.
• Culture Building: Design engagement activities that keep the energy high during the night shift.
• Payroll & Admin: Manage monthly payroll, attendance, and basic administrative operations.
• Compliance: Ensure the workplace remains professional, safe, and compliant with local labor laws.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of HR experience (in the IT/Software House industry).
• Adaptability: Comfortable working the night shift to align with our operations.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Mindset: A "startup soul"—someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and loves taking initiative.
• Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
