What you will do
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service and Inside Sales Leader to oversee operations across the Middle East and Africa region. Based in Dubai, this role is responsible for managing a high-performing team of 15 professionals, driving excellence in order management, customer engagement, and sales support across multiple product sectors and ERP platforms.
How you will do it
Team Leadership & Development.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 17 customer service and inside sales professionals.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.

Order Management & Fulfillment.

Oversee region-wide order entry and processing across multiple ERP platforms.

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in alignment with customer expectations and internal KPIs.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order related issues.

Customer Experience & Relationship Management.

Serve as a key point of contact for escalations and strategic customer interactions.

Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.

Implement best practices to enhance service delivery and responsiveness.

Sales Support & Enablement.

Partner with field sales teams to support lead generation, quoting, and pipeline management.

Utilize Salesforce to track opportunities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.

Provide insights and reporting to support regional sales strategies.

Provide support on holistic transaction management from quote to AR, working with the remote finance team.
Systems & Process Optimization

Leverage SAP and Salesforce to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.
What we look for

Minimum 10 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or operations leadership.

Proven experience managing teams in a regional or multi-country setting.

Strong proficiency in SAP and Salesforce is essential.
