Responsibilities:

• Lead sales operations for the Personal Care product line.
• Drive growth in retail, modern trade, pharmacy, and e-commerce channels.
• Develop promotional activities, in-store branding, and trade marketing initiatives.
• Identify new distribution opportunities to expand product reach.
• Build and maintain strong customer and key account relationships.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets with clear ROI on activities.
