Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for potential learners, you will play a pivotal role in understanding their needs, explaining our offerings, and guiding them toward enrollment. This role demands strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping people discover the joy of learning music.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective leads generated through demos, campaigns, and inquiries.
  • Conduct structured follow-up calls with high-intent leads.
  • Understand learner needs and recommend suitable courses.
  • Share detailed information about programs, pricing, and outcomes.
  • Collect feedback and coordinate with the Teaching Operations team to enhance the experience.
  • Manage the sales pipeline through timely follow-ups and closure.
  • Drive conversions and achieve defined monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills in English (mandatory); Hindi preferred.
  • Confident, resilient, and target-driven with excellent listening skills.
  • Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and close deals over calls/virtual meetings.
  • Prior experience in EdTech or music-related industries is a plus.
