About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in sales or client engagement. This role is a mix of in-office responsibilities (80%) and field meetings with clients (20%). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to connect with people across age groups and backgrounds, and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and follow-ups from the office.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and discussions as required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across different demographics and industries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to explain technical or business concepts clearly to varied audiences.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
