1. Lead Generation & Calling

  • Make 50–80 outbound calls per day to potential customers.
  • Contact companies listed on IndiaMART, Justdial, Apollo.io, TradeIndia etc.
  • Identify new buyers from industrial areas, wholesalers, traders, distributors.

2. Handling Online Enquiries

  • Manage IndiaMART seller panel (very important).
  • Respond to buyer enquiries within 5 minutes.
  • Share catalogues, photos, rate sheets, and product details.

3. Sales Coordination

  • Fix appointments/meetings for the Field Sales Executive.
  • Follow up on quotations, samples, payments, and order status.
  • Maintain daily call reports & enquiry status.

4. Relationship Building

  • Build strong relations with repeat customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Understand customer product needs (size, microns, printing, packaging).
  • Provide excellent customer support and problem resolution.

5. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain lead records in Excel / Google Sheet / CRM.
  • Update status: Hot, Warm, Cold, Closed, Lost.
  • Share daily and weekly sales reports.

6. Marketing Support

  • Share brochures, catalogues, WhatsApp flyers with customers.
  • Collect customer requirements and coordinate with production/dispatch.
  • Assist in making digital product lists and content updates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,061.31 - ₹15,000.00 per month
