Inside Sales ( Import - Export )

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales. The candidate will support the sales team by identifying prospects, managing customer interactions, and contributing to the company’s growth in the domestic and international markets.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Support senior sales executives in customer acquisition and relationship management
• Maintain and update CRM with customer information and sales activities
• Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing quotations
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns in a professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
• Learn and stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors
• Assist in preparing reports and analytics for management

• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Email)
• Comfortable using CRM software and online communication tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
