- Lead Generation for all the product portfolios through cold calling and web research.
- Qualifying the generated leads & then passing them on to the respective sales people.
- Arranging technical demos, benchmarks & workshops for customers.
- Preparing proposals/quotations for customers & follow up for the closures.
- Responsible for regular AMC renewals & providing software updates to the customers.
- Industry wise Account mapping for key accounts & fixing up appointments for Sales team.
- Overall, Sales support as & when required in terms of preparing quotations, order follow-ups, order processing activities, follow-up with the principals for delivery of the software, payment follow-ups, After-sales support like arranging for installations & customer feedback.
- Coordinating and assisting Event Management such as: preparing & sending Seminar invites to the customers, confirming their participation, taking feedback after the event, and follow up for new prospects.
- Regular & systematic database creation and then maintaining a central database for all the contacts, prospects, leads, customers, etc.
- Maintaining a Sales dashboard for the entire Sales team across India for all the product Lines.
- Bachelor’s Degree, B.E./ B. Tech (Mechanical) will be an added advantage.
- Having knowledge in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
- Must be a team player and well versed in communications.
