Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Inside Sales Representative
to join our growing tech team and support our expansion across the
GCC market
. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across industries. You will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Research and identify potential clients within the GCC technology and SaaS market.

Engage prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.

Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).

Sales Cycle Management

Present and promote tech products/solutions to prospective customers via phone, video calls, and virtual demos.

Understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.

Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.

Account Management & Customer Success
-
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.

Market & Product Knowledge

Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings in the GCC region.

Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently address client needs and questions.

CRM & Reporting
-
Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).

Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development (preferably in tech/SaaS/IT solutions).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Familiarity with the GCC business culture and ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.

Comfortable using CRM systems, prospecting tools, and sales automation platforms.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus
