Inside Sales Representative

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing tech team and support our expansion across the GCC market . The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across industries. You will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Research and identify potential clients within the GCC technology and SaaS market.
    • Engage prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
    • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
  • Sales Cycle Management
    • Present and promote tech products/solutions to prospective customers via phone, video calls, and virtual demos.
    • Understand customer pain points and position solutions effectively.
    • Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Account Management & Customer Success
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
    • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts.
  • Market & Product Knowledge
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings in the GCC region.
    • Maintain deep product knowledge to confidently address client needs and questions.
  • CRM & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent).
    • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development (preferably in tech/SaaS/IT solutions).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the GCC business culture and ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, prospecting tools, and sales automation platforms.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong plus
