Location: Belapur, Navi Mumbai

What this job is about:

You will be responsible for selling products/services over phone calls, emails, and online meetings instead of going out to meet clients. Your main goal is to find new customers, explain what the company offers, build relationships, and close sales to increase company revenue.

Your main tasks:

  • Lead Generation
  • Find new potential customers by making calls, sending emails, and researching.
  • Build a strong list of people/companies who might buy.
  • Prospecting & Qualification
  • Talk to leads to understand if they really need the product/service.
  • Check if they are the right fit to become a customer.
  • Sales Presentations
  • Explain the company’s product/service over phone or video call.
  • Adjust your pitch according to customer needs.
  • Relationship Building
  • Maintain good connections with potential clients.
  • Understand their problems and show how your product can solve them.
  • Work with internal teams (support, marketing, etc.) for a smooth experience.
  • Closing Deals
  • Negotiate, send proposals, and convert leads into paying customers.
  • Aim to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Sales Reporting
  • Update customer details and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Share reports about progress, sales pipeline, and future revenue.
  • Market Awareness
  • Keep track of competitors and market trends.
  • Share useful insights with your team.
  • Customer Follow-up
  • Stay in touch even after the sale to ensure satisfaction.
  • Suggest more products/services when possible (upselling/cross-selling).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
