About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling IT infrastructure and system integration (SI) solutions to corporate clients.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential customers, conducting virtual product presentations, and closing deals. The candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with a solid understanding of IT products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Research target companies to build a strong and relevant sales pipeline.

Prospecting & Qualification

  • Understand client requirements related to IT infrastructure and assess their potential.
  • Present customized solutions that align with customer needs.

Sales Presentations

  • Conduct virtual or telephonic demos and presentations to explain IT solutions and services.
  • Highlight technical benefits and ROI to decision-makers and influencers.

Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Deal Closure

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain focus on revenue generation and client satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Record all sales activities, opportunities, and client details in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and share weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
  • Provide feedback and insights to help refine sales strategies.

Customer Follow-up

  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in IT Sales / System Integration Sales
  • Lead generation & prospecting
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Sales reporting and CRM knowledge
  • Relationship management & client handling
  • Strong understanding of IT products, networking, and infrastructure solutions

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Sales or System Integration

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
