Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.


Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities in the Middle East Market through outbound calling, email/LinkedIn interactions, and account management.
  • Generate new leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, and other relevant channels.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend appropriate Avensys services or solutions.
  • Communicate with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Research, qualify, and nurture new leads.
  • Close sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.


Requirements & Skills

  • Proven inside sales experience in the Middle East region market. Africa and Europe experience a plus.
  • Experience in the IT industry with focus on SMEs ; knowledge of Microsoft solutions is an added advantage.
  • Have a good network in the IT field developed while working with pervious companies
  • Client facing presentation skills an added advantage
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent phone presence with experience in making daily high-volume outbound calls.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and AI developments.
