Inside Sales Representative (Outbound Call Center Agent)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outbound Call Center Agent (female preferred) to join our team. The agent will be responsible for proactively engaging with potential leads, setting up demos, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing leads to generate interest and schedule product demos.
• Conduct both cold calls (new prospects) and warm calls (leads showing prior interest).
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.
• Keep accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the calling and lead qualification process.

Essential Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills In English and Hindi with clear and confident delivery.
• Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
• Persuasive ability to influence decision-making and drive leads towards demos.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling objections.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in outbound calling, tele sales, or call center operations preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is an advantage.
• Minimum graduate degree preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
