Position Description:
Instructional Designers design, develop, and implement educational and learning materials for online and classroom settings to support Hensel Phelps learning objectives.

Compensation Range (Colorado Only)
$70,000.00 – $75,000.00, USD Annually

As a result, salaried employees are eligible for paid time off beginning upon hire. This position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan, subject to company and employee performance, as well as cell phone reimbursement and employee ownership, in accordance with company policy.
