Instructional Designer – Health & Social Care

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Instructional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that enhance knowledge retention and skill development. This role requires a strong understanding of instructional design principles, curriculum development, and the ability to leverage various learning technologies. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality educational content tailored for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in authoring tools
• Ability to integrate multimedia, video, case studies, and simulations relevant to health and social care scenarios.
• Skilled in applying ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, or other instructional design models.
• Understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding principles, dignity, equality, and inclusion.
• Ability to simplify complex clinical/policy content into clear, engaging learning.
• Ability to manage multiple learning projects, meet deadlines, and align with organizational compliance needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
