Instrumentation Technician (DAE)

Job Description:

The Electrician – Instrumentation & Electronics will handle the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic instruments and control systems within the oil terminal. This role requires deep knowledge of instrumentation devices used to monitor, regulate, and maintain electrical systems critical for smooth terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain electronic instruments used for measuring pressure, flow, temperature, and other vital parameters.
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, wiring, and electrical circuits within the terminal's operation.
• Ensure that all electrical systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Perform regular checks and preventive maintenance on instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Assist in the commissioning of new systems, upgrades, and modifications to existing setups.

Qualifications & Experience:

• DAE in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in instrumentation and electronics in industrial or oil terminal.
• Proficient in the use of electrical testing equipment and PLC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams. Strong understanding of HSE practices in an industrial setting
