Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Insurance Sales Advisors to join our team in Pune. The role involves helping customers choose the right insurance products, answering queries, and guiding them through the process. If you are passionate about sales and achieving targets, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Address customer questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information.
• Collaborate with the team to meet overall business goals.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Fluency in English (Vasant 6 level or above).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Passion for sales and target achievement.
• Prior experience in insurance sales preferred (but not mandatory).
