Litigation Attorney - Insurance Coverage / Premises Liability

Are you a skilled litigator looking to take ownership of your cases and work with a dynamic, growing law firm? We're seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of civil litigation experience - ideally in insurance defense or premises liability - to join a collaborative team handling high-impact matters across multiple states.

What You'll Do:

• Manage your own caseload from start to finish with partner support.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Take and defend depositions; handle court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic updates.
• Negotiate settlements and ensure timely reporting and billing.

What We're Looking For:

• Active California bar license (Arizona license a plus).
• 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Strong writing, organization, and client-communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with professionalism and accountability.
