Insurance Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Automotive Insurance Estimator to join our team. You will serve as the vital link between our workshop, the insurance companies, and our customers. Your primary goal is to provide accurate repair estimates, negotiate approvals with insurance surveyors, and ensure that all vehicle repairs meet both safety standards and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough physical inspections of vehicles to identify both visible and hidden structural, mechanical, and aesthetic damage.
• Estimation: Utilize industry-standard software to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for parts, labor, and paint.
• Insurance Liaison: Submit digital claims and estimates to insurance providers. Negotiate directly with insurance surveyors to justify repair costs and obtain swift approvals.
• Customer Service: Explain the repair process, timelines, and insurance coverage details to customers, ensuring a high level of transparency and trust.
• Parts Coordination: Work closely with the procurement team to verify the availability and pricing of Genuine, OEM, or Aftermarket parts as per the insurance policy.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Estimator in a reputable automotive workshop or dealership in the UAE.
• Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters while maintaining professional relationships.
