About the Role
SourceTek is hiring on behalf of a client for a motivated and personable Insurance & Loan Sales Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance policies and loan products to individual and business clients, building long-term customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for insurance policies and loan products through calls, referrals, and field visits
• Explain policy features, loan terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria to clients clearly and accurately
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance/loan products
• Guide clients through documentation, application, and approval processes
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and referrals
• Stay updated on new insurance policies, loan schemes, and market/competitor offerings
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in insurance sales, loan sales, banking, or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proven track record in sales (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of insurance and loan products/regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
