Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Health and Term Life Insurance products to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable insurance solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with clients for policy renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and networking.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines in all sales processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience in life/health insurance or related financial products.
• Strong understanding of health insurance plans, term life policies, and financial products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Graduation preferred (any stream).
• IRDAI license preferred or willingness to obtain.
