Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Drive business growth by building and developing a sustainable and productive distribution force within the agency channel.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of agents and other field staff (e.g., SDMs, UM, AM, BDMs) to foster a cohesive and high-performing unit.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or exceed the branch's sales targets for health insurance products.
- Strategy Implementation: Implement tactical and strategic business initiatives and drive campaigns for upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales.
- Market & Competition: Track local competition and align monthly business activities to achieve sales objectives.
- Agent Development: Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to agents to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge.
- Operational Management: Ensure the smooth functioning of the branch operations, including customer service protocols and compliance with company policies.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and query handling.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
