Intake Specialist

Hiller Comerford Injury & Disability Law seeks an Intake Specialist to handle a high volume of intakes for the firm's practice area of Social Security Disability.

The candidate must possess excellent phone skills, writing skills, and keyboarding/data entry skills. The candidate must be reliable, highly organized, have the ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment, and have the ability to handle confidential information.

Duties:

- Make high volume calls to clients. Intake Specialists will make between 30-40 calls daily in a call center environment.

-Obtain information from client in order to determine eligibility requirements for Social Security Disability/Supplemental Security Income.

-Gather and review denials, hearing notices, and other documentation from client.

-Record all tasks in the case management system

-Preparing and sending legal documents through DocuSign

-Additional tasks as necessary

Experience in a legal setting is preferred, but not required.

Associates degree or higher is required.
