Phone Intake Specialist

JLG Lawyers is a multi-service consumer and small business law firm. The atmosphere is fast-paced, open and collaborative. The firm focuses on representing individuals, consumers, and small business owners in the areas of civil litigation and labor and employment. JLG has an immediate opening for an experienced Phone Intake Specialist at least 3 or more years of experience.

This position’s primary role is to conduct intake sessions over the phone following a schedule. You’ll be the first point of contact for marketing qualified leads, responsible for outbound calls, and 30-minute interviews to help identify potential clients. Work directly with an attorney to determine potential clients.

This position is available either as a part-time or a full-time engagement.

No prior legal experience required; initial training will be provided.

Main requirements

  • 3 Years of experience on a customer service and sales experience
  • Great oral and written communication
  • Working remote setup – you need to have a computer with working audio, good internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to take detailed notes during the intake sessions
  • Maintain potential client records up to date in CRM

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
