Job description:
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Manage and control all day‑to‑day departmental operations, ensuring compliance with company procedures, client SOPs, quality standards, and QHSE requirements.

Plan, coordinate, and oversee job execution, site activities, and resource utilization to ensure services are delivered on time, within budget, and to required technical specifications.

Maintain effective communication with clients to support operational planning, execution, performance reviews, and timely resolution of operational queries.

Monitor departmental performance through KPIs, operational reports, audits, inspections, and site visits; identify gaps and implement corrective and improvement actions.

Manage departmental operating costs, including OPEX and CAPEX, ensuring adherence to approved budgets, procurement policies, and financial controls.

Actively participate in monthly and annual financial reviews, budgeting processes, and performance improvement plans to achieve financial targets.

Ensure effective control and utilization of departmental assets, equipment, spare parts, chemicals, and inventory, maintaining accurate records and periodic asset verification.

Coordinate closely with Maintenance and support teams to ensure equipment compliance with ERM processes and accuracy of records within MPRO or equivalent systems.

Ensure all quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements are implemented and continuously improved through audits, training, and awareness programs.

Lead, supervise, and develop departmental staff, including workforce planning, recruitment support, performance management, training, competency development, and succession planning in coordination with HR and Training.

Ensure all departmental documentation, SOPs, reports, and records are maintained, updated, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

Represent the department in required internal and external meetings and provide timely operational and financial information to management as requested.
Minimum Requirments:
-
Bachelor degree in engineering or any related field.
-
10 years of experience in Fracturing, Stimulation services & Coiled Tubing Services.
