INTERFACE COORDINATOR

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Interface Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a major EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) oil and gas project. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination across multiple stakeholders, disciplines, and contractors to drive project success.

Your Role

As a Interface Coordinator , you will:

• Develop and manage the Interface Management Plan and Interface Register.
• Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, construction teams, and external contractors/vendors.
• Lead interface coordination meetings and workshops.
• Identify, track, and resolve interface issues to prevent delays and ensure alignment.
• Maintain interface tracking systems and generate regular status reports.
• Support risk mitigation efforts related to interface conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Must have 8 years of extensive experience in oil and gas EPC industry preferably in the GCC region.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Expertise: Proven experience in interface management across large-scale projects. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP or equivalent certification is preferred. Familiarity with interface management tools
