Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. The role involves close collaboration with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to deliver projects that align with the client’s vision, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project goals.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and presentations.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D visuals, and material boards for client approval.
• Select furniture, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and accessories to suit the project.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and coordinate with procurement teams.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and innovative materials.
• Ensure all projects meet safety regulations, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture.
• Excellent sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and client-handling abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary : Negotiable

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
