Salary: Up to AED 7,000 + Attractive Commission

About Us:
AYA Boutique Holiday Home is a luxury property management company specializing in high-end holiday homes across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, style, and furnish holiday homes to create unique and memorable guest experiences.
• Develop creative concepts that align with property themes and market trends.
• Source and coordinate furniture, décor, and accessories.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, and timelines to ensure smooth project completion.
• Collaborate closely with operations and holiday home teams to maintain quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering design consultation when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Interior Designer (experience in holiday homes in Dubai is a strong advantage).
• Strong creative vision and eye for detail.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current interior design trends, materials, and sourcing.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Valid driving license and access to a car.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: Up to AED 7,000 (depending on experience).
